Not at all. You give us your menu, a few photos from your phone, your address and number — that's everything we need. We handle all the technical parts completely.
I don't have professional photos of my food. Is that okay?
Phone photos work great. We'll guide you on simple tips to take good-looking food photos with your smartphone — good natural lighting near a window makes a huge difference. No professional photographer needed.
My menu changes regularly. How do I update it?
On a maintenance plan, just WhatsApp us the changes — they're live within 24 hours. Without a plan, we charge ₹500 per update session. Many clients opt for the monthly plan so changes are always instant.
How exactly does the payment work?
We build a free demo first — no payment. If you like it and want to proceed: 50% advance via UPI or bank transfer, then we build the full site. The remaining 50% is paid only after you see the finished site and are completely happy with it.
Is the website mine? What if I stop working with NYX?
Yes, you own it completely. If you stop working with us, the website stays live. Maintenance is optional — stopping it just means you handle updates yourself or pay per change.
Will my website actually show up on Google?
